Day 6 School Visit


In the morning, we took our Japanese classes. Elvis travelled to the Sapporo Clock Tower Museum and learned about Sapporo’s history. After, we travelled to Sapporo station and ate lunch. We had Pepper lunch, which was a rice bowl with beef served on a sizzling plate.

After, we arrived at Ritsumeikan High School and gave our presentations. After, we traveled with a different class. Here, we presented to the international studies club, played a Japanese culture quiz, and practiced calligraphy.

Day 2 Today, we ate breakfast at the hotel. We ate salmon, miso soup, natto, and a variety of small Japanese dishes such as tamagoyaki and umeboshi. After that, we did a guided tour of the Sensouji temple and Asakusa area. After eating lunch at a restaurant, we did a scavenger hunt and we visited the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Takeshita street, and Ueno Daibutsu.
