Day 5 Sushi Making

This morning, we ate a Japanese-traditional style of glass noodles and mackerel. After a morning of classes learning about Japanese culture and history, we ate udon at Sapporo station for lunch. Afterwards, we took the train to go to our sushi class, where we learned how to make maki minion and flower sushi rolls as well as four small spherical sushis. The teachers also made nigiri, and we had the sushi for dinner. It was very fun.
